Server Move Help!
We moved server the other day on account of traffic getting high on one of our sites.
Now the site in question http://www.monstersandcritics.com had been on its own IP 209.50.252.107 on our old server. When it was moved by Servint they said would change IP, which was fine, but put all our sites on one shared IP. Kinda our fault for not communicating it.
However, since then we got them to point the old IP to the new server and assigned it to the site again. So essentially the same setup but on different server.
Now yesterday afternoon the change was made and things looked pretty messed-up. This was fine as over here in the UK domain and sub domains were still resolvng to the shared IP.
Now this morning all are resolving to the 209.50.252.107, but the site is still messed up, now it looks like the sub domains that are not working.
However, Servint tell me the DNS, WHM etc are all set properly..they think it might be a script issue.
We are checking all our code since we do publish and use path variables for our links/images, but I am thinking this is not the problem.
Any ideas?
