Good reverse IP lookup site?

Hi;
Just wondering, what's a good reverse IP lookup site, to find out the origin of an IP? I tried a few, though all returns different locations for the same IP. Is this normal due to perhaps shared IPs across geography? If so how is one supposed to track down the origin of a IP reliably?
