What FTP Server software do people think is best for an ISP?

First post!

Im interested what people think is the best i.e. most reliable and stable with a good feature base for an ISP?

been looking at Cute and Gene.

I dont mind paying for this. It just has to be the best. Also it needs to be windows based and idealy with remote administration.

So if everyone could post products/brand names and comments i would be very greatful!
