Why would site.com work but not www.site.com
I'm having a problem getting my site to work. If I use http://www.mysite.com/ it says it can't find the server, but if I use http://mysite.com/ it will work. Additionally, I can't use any subdomains either.
It would seem logical, that my local ISP has not blocked the site, so how, or what, might I do next to try to solve this issue? I don't know much about all the dns record information unfortunately...
