Discard emails for users who have exceeded their quota

Hi.

There is an option in Exim Configuration Editor (WHM) that is not working in all my servers "Discard emails for users who have exceeded their quota instead of keeping them in the queue".
All the emails to users who have exceeded their quota are in queue and the exim usage sometimes goes very high.
