FTP transfer problem

I have a customer who is trying to transfer some files to their Cox.com personal webspace using filezilla with passive transfer on, but when they drag the files over and after they're uploaded and you refresh the listing, all filesizes are "0".

Can anyone suggest what might be causing this?  It will be a real pain for them to use Cox's manual upload utility and upload one file at a time.
