Mailman's mailing lists are killing our server

Hi all!

We have a really wired problem with exim and mailman Mailman's mailing lists are killing our server

We got a user with several mailing lists, not very big, about 50 addresses in one. But! During processing of them exim load very high.

Is it possible to tune up exim or mailman to decrease load?

Server spec.:
Linux RHE3
WHM/cPanel 10
Exim 4.44
