Resolving Address wrong

I currently have a dedicated server with cpanel/whm

For some reason It's getting some dns wrong

For example I have a dns called server1.bla.com
but it Points to a different ip

But when I resolve it or a internet dns thing it goes to normal ip

Whats the command to flush the dns or something
