Hi, we have a PIX firewall which currenty sends out basic SNMP packets which software on one of our machines recieves and generates bandwidth reports from which is great. However we're keen to get details on packets being recieved/blocked etc. by the PIX and i believe these are sent via Syslog.
Does anyone know any good software (windows based) for producing reports of the syslog messages our PIX sends (rather than just displaying them, which i have found)
Alternatively, i notice there is an option to send Syslog messages as SNMP traps, so if there is some software that could handel that, we could maybe use that? Any ideas?
