Removing Zend?

I'm pretty new to SSH, and was wonder if there is a way to completey remove the Zend Optimizer via SSH? I installed it ok, but removing it is a whole new kettle of fish Removing Zend?

The reason I installed is it because I was going to use Modernbill as by billing software, but I'm switching over too ClientExec, and it says you need IonCube not Zend. It'd be so much easier if they all used the same thing. Removing Zend?
