Streaming

I know this has been asked a couple of times but I need a solid solution.

A client is looking to set up a streaming server solution. He really wanted to use Darwin as his content will be QuickTime but reading the admin guide has lead us to believe that you must have another admin server running off the same subnet.

Does anyone have another solution that is not to cumbersome on the admin as we do not want to end up running this server for our client after we educate them on using the software.
