Folder to Port?

Hi all, i have a question, i want to estabilsh a port that redirects to a specific folder.

For example:

http://myserver:1234 and goes to http://myserver/folder


I think its something on .httaccess but, i really dont have no idea. I've tried on google and other forums and found nothing.
