Linux Questions

Well I have finally decided to go the Linux route. I wanted to ask a few questions about installation. I will be setting up a game/web/ftp server. I will be using webmin to control the server. My questions are as follows:

1. I want the bare minimum install needed for linux to run a Web, FTP, and CSLinux Questions game server. What packages should I install?

2. The drive will be a 80GB one how would you suggest I partition it?
