making my ssl shared

Hello,

here come another newbe questions. I have a customer looking to use our shared ssl. However this is teh first one wanting to use it. our control panle is cpanel. ihave not seen anywhere to allow the use of our ssl key with other people. is there a place i have to do this or create a special file?
