We're getting hacked

Someone keeps deleting our 12,000+ members on our forums. We have backups in place, but without solving the problem it seems there is no way to stay up.

The forum is Invision Power Board 1.3.
We are on a dedicated box, could someone tell me how to check mysql logs for IPs?
