Email Sending Problems, whats causing it?
Does anyone know how to clear these problems up. When one of my clients sends an email, they get these error messages:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
receiver@emailaddress.com
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO receiver@emailaddress.com>:
host mail.emailaddress.com [62.212.93.53]: 554 The IP Address of the sender (69.56.221.138) was found in a DNS blacklist database and was therefore refused.

Mail can be sent emails like hotmail and gmail, but most emails cannot be sent.
