Pure or Pro FTP?

I'm currently setting a server up, and have come to the FTP section.

Which would be better for me to use, Pure FTP or Pro FTP?

The server is a cPanel/WHM running Red Hat 9.

Please explain the pros/cons of each and which one you would choose.
