all services working except http .. pls help

hi, i have a box running cpanel. suddenly http stopped working. mail, ftp, ssh seem to work just fine.

i did restart httpd via whm, but http doesnt work. domainnames as well as IP address typed into the browser just dont work.

what shall i try to do? i did already restart apache via whm... did not help

*edit -> isnt it strange that whm + cpanel work? is it coz of https?
