Exchange 2003 problems

I have Exchange 2003 up and running with some minor issues. One thing at a time. :p

I've setup a Virtual server in the System Manager, and that all works, but when I go to login and then logout and then log back in, I get redirected to /exchange, the directory for the default install. But I'm not using the default install, I'm using my virtual server rather than the one MS sets up by default. I'm using forms-based authentication and haven't made any changes to it yet.
