Proftpd Help Needed!

i'm running Free BSD with proftpd

while uploading.. in the middle i'm getting
ABORT
TIME OUT errors..
so i cannot upload complete files...

it was working fine when i got the server..

its giving such errors since few days..

plz help regrading this issue..
