os commerce+safe mode ON=disaster
These past days I'm moving to a new reseller account since the previous one add the safe mode ON and 90% of my clientes are php users so I had ALOT of problems (mail functiuon disable and so on), I have this site with os commerce installed but after the activation of the safe mode I got all this problems

And when I transfered to the new reseller account I thought I would be fixes but It got worst:

What should I do to fix these problems? the new reseller account has safe mode OFF .
