Red Hat, Fedora, Slackware, FreeBSD, or Windows Server 2003 ?

Which of these is the BEST to use for my needs.

I run many websites, ALL php, mysql, cpanel/whm.

Currently my box runs fedora core 2, yet I have heard many bad things about it.

Should I request a different OS installed on my new box?

I liked red hat 7 or 8 when I had it on a previous box many years ago, but I haven't the slightest clue which version to pick.

Are there now like 10 or 11 flavors of Red hat ?

Is Red hat 8 or 9 or 10 the best for a high traffic load webhosting server?

I guess I just answered my own question, cpanel only supports:

Fedora 1, 2
RedHat Linux
(Fedora-Legacy) 7.3, 9

So the wise choice is Red Hat 9 correct? It's good and all, anyone have any suggestions or comments?

Also, Right now I have no need for ASP but I read that asp can only be ran on windows OS boxes? Is this correct? I can NOT support ASP language/coding on a fedora 2 or red hat 9 linux box with cpanel/whm ?
