php update any one had this p4

i've try to update my appache but it come's out with php problem
make -j 4 php-4.3.10...(clean).... Done

make -j 4 php-4.3.10....... . Done
make: *** [sapi/cli/php] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

i've try to update the other virsion wich is 5.0.3 but the same problem
any one had this b4
all the site's on the server show up Internal Server Error
