DNS only server

Hello,

I have several servers, each of them have its own 2 name servers (standard form cPanel). Now I want to put one mail name server, to point all domains to this DNS and from this DNS into properly name servers. So - can you tell me what is the best way to make such name server and what type it should be (celeron 2.0 with 512 MB is enough?)
