ShoutCast: Segmentation Fault?

Hello

On my new dedicated server (Linux ******.************.*** 2.4.26-HN-1.6.1-P4 #1 SMP Wed Jun 16 14:21:16 EDT 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux) I'm having strange problems with getting ShoutCAST to work

I created a user, su'd to that username, downloaded and extracted the tarball and modified the conf file. Now when I run sc_serv I get the following:

[passion@shout02 shoutcast-1-9-5-linux-glibc6]$ ./sc_serv

I did some searched on the forums and read about how you have to check the permissions because they can get bad when you run sc_serv as root. Well I did that, and never run it as root anyway. So the permissions should be ok.

Also it's a new installation on a new server, so I doubt that the log file is too big...

I have no idea what to do now, I searched but didn't find anything that worked.

Any help, anyone?

Thank you
