Rebooting fail the shell using /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl restart (or stop then startssl) results in apache did not start, tailing error_log shows too many files open as Apache works it way through loading the domlogs. However restarting Apache via WHM works fine, so I don't believe it's a problem within Apache. Loads/resources are fine.
