how do you setup webalizer with virtual hosts?

Its simple enough to setup virtual hosts, i get, because i setup virtual hosts on a windows system, now, i was woundering how do you set-up webalizer for each domain? How would i go about doing this? I know there is a config file and all, i just dont know what i should do?
This server does not have a control panel...such as plesk, cpanel, ensim...
