Server Problems or is it my ISP?

Our office staff here are complaining that the requests to our WAN/WEB server are timing out when they try to complete an order or perform admin tasks on our server. Of course I dismissed it as user error and then snuck back into my office to have a better look Server Problems or is it my ISP? I noticed that they are in fact correct. I called the dedicated server provider and got them instantly. They spent a good 15-20 minutes on the phone with me testing and analyzing the situation with no clear answers other than that the server seemed to be fine and was responding perfectly for them. They were very helpful. I ran a bunch of traces in both directions but could not see any real problems with that.

I did find this while tailing the log:

[Mon Apr 4 12:11:58 2005] [error] mod_ssl: SSL handshake interrupted by system [Hint: Stop button pressed in browser?!] (System error follows)
[Mon Apr 4 12:11:58 2005] [error] System: Connection reset by peer (errno: 104)

That is not my IP address. It appears to be a random visitor that uses EV1 for access to the web. I also saw this same error several more times from different IP addresses.

I would really appreciate it if a few of you would please add a few items to your cart and see if you come up with any problems or server timeout errors at all.

For testing purposes,

my IP address is: 66.255.47.38

The site in question is acdirect.com IP: 209.59.134.204

Thank you in advance for any assistance you may offer.
