Problem with resellerzoom smtp

Hello

Till few days i cant send mail from thunderbird via smtp of resellerzoom. The message i get is something like that (i translate from polish):

The wrong certificate have been received. You have to contact administrator and pass following message:

Your certificate contains the serial number similar to serial number of other certificate. Please get new certificate that contains unique serial number.
I head that a month ago for few days and it was gone but now 3 of my consumers are also reporting that problem. After 10 mails exchanged with consumer support they seems to be loosing interest in my problem since its not blocked port or authentication...
