Hijinks with private name server domains?
Something peculiar about my private name servers with a reseller host: When I look up my name server domain in a search tool, such as the one found at webhosting-dot-info, I get a result for a different domain consisting of over 2 dozen characters and spells out something suggestive or "enticing" -- a domain only a viagra spammer would think of, let alone have use for. Is this some kind of sleaze by the host, a DNS mistake by the registrar, or what? Normally, this host is reponsive to my questions and emails but I'm being ignored on this one. Additionally, the IPs used for my private NS are unique and I pay monthly for the pair. The same type of search for the host's actual name servers (default NS 1 & 2 if I don't use my own NS) displays nothing unusual.Has anyone seen this sort of thing and if so, explain what's going on? I'd rather the host be anonymous until I know more.
Help appreciated, thanks!
