Just so I understand this mail header

I'm not completely sure of what this means. If I have a mail header that looks like this:

from domain.com (mail.domain.com [207.150.162.30])
>	by pool-71-***-149-***.lsanca.dsl-w.verizon.net with esmtp
>	id 8E8DEB2D47 for <someone@somedomain.com>; Fri, 08 Apr 2005
This would mean it was being sent by a mail server on the verizon address correct?
