Looking for some small buisness server help.

Im working on a small buisness setup and need some info.

Basically it will be 10 users connected to a server running some real estate software.

Im looking to run a second server which will be the Internet router, do web caching, email , and run anti virus software on the users computers.

So Im looking for software ideas and suggestions. A nice all in one windows package would be great. Need something easy to setup and use and a program that takes care of itself.
