Redirect How-to

I would like to re-direct anyone who comes in one sub directory to another site with the same sub directory. For instance:

http://www.mysite1/directory/files.php?st=1

to

http://www.mysite2/directory/files.php?st=1

I'm using CPanel/WHM on mysite1, but it's re-direct function is somewhat limited to single URL's. What can I do?
