mx problems after upgrade

Hi all. I've just had to move from a raq4 to a 550. I used the CMU and imported all the DNS settings. Now it seems I'm getting MX loop back problems and I don't know how to track it down.

I'v double checked the DNS settings with the previous server and they look identical, I've re-imported them and that doesn't make a difference. All the IP's are the same etc, so that should cause an issue.

The problems are:
email coming in from one address to another on the same domain where the users are using the server as the relay
and
email sent from forms on websites
are looped back and sent to the admin

Can anyone give me any pointers?
