Reduce high iowait?
I've been having problems with high iowait load, anyone have any idea on how to reduce them? I heard it was a 'cache' or something like that, I'm not sure.
Server spec is quite an enterprise-level so it shouldnt be having this problem. The server hosts an FTP with about 70-80 people transferring files concurrently.
