Website problam

I got a problam.. i got the dns soarted and everything, on a brand new VPS..

Its all fine.. but still, the page isent loading ..

Website problam but the oddist thing is:
http://www.nuweb.co.uk:2082
c-panel and whm work.. so the domain is working..
