Offset error in bandwidth readings (Cpanel/WHM)

For one of the accounts we host, Cpanel shows a lot more bandwidth usage than WHM. For e.g. WHM will show 4/10 GB used for the account and CPanel will show 9/10 GB used. However, the account gets suspended as soon as Cpanel's counter reached the max.

Does anyone know what might be causing this offset in bandwidth between WHM and Cpanel? The difference seems to be increasing as the month goes on. Offset error in bandwidth readings (Cpanel/WHM)
