Windows 2000 users question

After using windows 2003 all the time, i have had to use windows 2000 for the first time.

After some general reading, i have concluded that there is no way to switch between user login sessions, is that correct ?

Is there a way to log other users off, with an admin account ?

The thing is it only allows two remote desktop connections, sometimes the connection gets cut off, and i wasn't able to log out properly. The next time i access via remote desktop it opens up a whole new login session, leaving the first one inaccessible it seems.
