Can't get rid of this virus
I own this little company in Brazil and we offer web hosting. Every week I make a backup of my users account - just in case.
What happened was one of my client's account has a virus and everytime I download the backup file to my computer, Norton alerts me that the file is infected and I have to delete it.
I have tried to find the infected file on the server without success. The virus only affects Windows systems so I don't need to worry about the server, right?
What should I do?The backup file is infected by W32.Netsky.AD@mm.
