Something wrong with the server. Licenses won't work.
I have a problem. The software that use license from the provider are not working. I have Modern Bill and Site Studio by Interspire.
Both are rejecting or are unable to use the licenses. I am not sure what is going on but I had the guy from Monder Bill look at this to see if it was a problem with Modern Bill, he looked at it and told me the following. "Your key is loaded fine: Logged as: Administrator. But it appears you have some severe caching going on in your upstream provider. "
With Modern Bill: The funny thing is when I reboot my server, the software works perfect and then after 10 of use, it does not pick up the license. I get an invalid License Error. Another thing happens is that when I login, it log's in to the software perfectly, but then when I click on something to do, it gives me the invalid license error. It keeps on fluctuating back and forth with accepting the license and giving the error.
I am not sure what the problem is.
The server is Cent OS 3.4 with cPanel Installed.
Everything was working but all of a sudden this started happening.
Can you please help me out.
