hiding domains that are hosted on IP

i have already asked, if it is possible to hide information about what domains are hosted on IP. it looks like it is possible to do what. you see, the top first host server in Lithuania is hosttex.net , it hosts 974 domains. there is the list:
http://www.webhosting.info/webhosts/tophosts/Country/LT

then we finf out IP of that server: 216.35.46.6
and then ask to show the domain list:
http://whois.webhosting.info/216.35.46.6

wow... there are shown only two domains!

so, the question is, how to prevent displaying domains in this list? or, how this page extracts this information?
