install spamfilter and virusscanner on directadmin server

Recently I hired a dedicated server with the DirectAdmin Control Panel. However, I do not have experience with this and I need to install a virusscanner and spamfilter. Exim is installed and now I need to install Spamassasin and a virusscanner. Can someone tell me what I need to do.
Furthermore, does anybody know whether there is also a Dutch version of DirectAdmin available?
