subdomain rewrite with matching url

I know I know it's a simple question but I've spent hours on Google and here and I can't find the right config.

CPanel/WHM. I have jo.domain.org that works and pulls index from www/jo/index.htm

But it changes the url in the address bar to domain.org/jo and I want it to stay jo.domain.org

Also if possible I'd like anyone that goes to domain.org/jo (some that have bookmarked the ugly name) to get the new address jo.domain.org.

Please save my sanity...
