Canonical Url Help

Hey all, I have another 'major' problem with .htaccess. Basically here's the situation:

I have Mydomain.com as a cpanel hostgator account.

I have added Otherdomain.com as an add-on domain pointing to /content/ directory.


When I browse to Otherdomain.com the /content/ directory loads but the url changes to Mydomain.com/content/ and every link from there uses the Mydomain urls .. where as I want the addon domain to be used for the directory exclusively ..

Anyone able to give suggestions on how to accomplish this?
