Could not open file for writing: Operation not permitted

Hi all,

I am getting the error "Could not open file for writing: Operation not permitted" while editing nameserverips and trying to save it.

I have root access.

Permissions are as follows

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 134 May 4 09:36 nameserverips


Any Ideas?
