Hotlinking help
I have a certain domani, for example subdomain.example.com. On that domain i have a flash (*.swf) file, that is displayed on one of the pages.
I have recently run into a problem however. I noticed a certain site is hotlinking directly to the *.swf file, and that's eating up my bandwidth. I'm consuming 2GB/day when I used to consume 20mb/day.
I need to urgently enable some kind of hotlink protection. I'd like to block all users who having a certain site, for example badsite.com, as a referrer. In fact, i'd like to block everyone from hotlinking that *.swf file, except for my own site of course.
How would i go about doing so?
