Problems sending email with Sendmail

My Sendmail program will not let me send emails out. I do not know why. When I try to send an email from johndoe@somedomain.com to someguy@otherdomain.com I get this error (in Outlook Express):

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'someguy@otherdomain.com'. Subject 'Test', Account: 'johndoe@somedomain.com', Server: 'somedomain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450 4.7.1 <someguy@otherdomain.com>... Relaying temporarily denied. Cannot resolve PTR record for 204.95.134.3', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Obviously I changed the email address, but you get the point.

Any idea what I can do to make it work? I am running Sendmail version 8.11.6
