Shared hosting server not talking to Ded. server
I've recently started experiencing a problem and I was wondering if anyone could help out.
Basically, we have a user with shared hosting on one of our servers, and another with his own dedicated server. The shared hosting user runs a search engine and the ded. server user runs a feed. With no changes made, the shared hosting user can no longer receive feed results, e-mails or even ping responses from the dedicated server. Both servers look fine, load is perfect, RAM usage low, both respective websites load without any hassle... just wondering if anyone had a clue as to what is going on with this?
