BIND configuration on Webmin

I configured Bind properly a masterzone with domain in NS nameservers in A reversals etc. BUT when I want to apply the change (whit the apply change button)
I get this error message :
NDC command failed : rndc: Couldn't find server 'localhost': Name or service not known
I hope someone can help me with this issue
