Adding Rules to APF

I saw in another thread (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=376166) that APF will restart and clean out the iptables fules for SMTP TWEAK. Is it possible to add the rules to apf so they are not removed on restart?

Here are the rules that are added by SMTP TWEAK (whm).
0 0 ACCEPT tcp -- any any anywhere localhost tcp dptAdding Rules to APFmtp
0 0 ACCEPT tcp -- any any anywhere anywhere tcp dptAdding Rules to APFmtp OWNER GID match mail
0 0 ACCEPT tcp -- any any anywhere anywhere tcp dptAdding Rules to APFmtp OWNER GID match mailman
0 0 ACCEPT tcp -- any any anywhere anywhere tcp dptAdding Rules to APFmtp OWNER UID match root
1 44 REJECT tcp -- any any anywhere anywhere tcp dptAdding Rules to APFmtp reject-with icmp-port-unreachable
